Salsa is an excellent way to exercise and keep fit! The music is infectious and makes you want to move and dance! You'll have a lot of fun learning Salsa, It makes you laugh and smile!
No need to bring a Partner, Most people come dressed casually
BUT please leave your trainers at home as they grip the floor and will stop you from turning!
